1. Keep cursor in the 2nd list which has list styles and double click on "Copy Formatting" icon to enable.
2. Select first list item in the first list together with the text above it to apply formatting.

Styles are applied correctly.

Styles are applied correctly, but the formatting is also stripped from the source selection.
